Cross-Connection Control Institute is dedicated to providing education in Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention.  Partnered with Hardin & Associates Consulting, LLC, Cross-Connection Control Institute has created a curriculum that provides the most comprehensive educational experience in Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Customer Service Inspector and Cross-Connection Control.

President / Training Director:   Cross-Connection Control Institute.  Providing curriculum development for Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester, Customer Service Inspector and Water Supply Protection Specialist classes.

Instructor / Training Director:   Hardin & Associates Consulting, LLC.  Instruct Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Water Supply Protection Specialist and Customer Service Inspector.

Instructor:   A-Aces Professional Education.  Instruct Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Water Supply Protection Specialist, Customer Service Inspector and Plumbing Codes classes.

Instructor:  Engineering, Utilities and Public Works Training Institute (EUPWTI), Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), The Texas A&M University System (TAMUS).  Instruct Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Water Supply Protection Specialist, Customer Service Inspector and Plumbing Codes classes.

Adjunct Instructor:  EUPWTI, TEEX, TAMUS.  Instruct Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Water Supply Protection Specialist, Customer Service Inspector, Plumbing Codes and Plumber’s Continuing Education classes.

Owner and Operator:  Steve Fain Plumbing.  Over 22 years serving the Dallas, Ft. Worth and North Texas area in residential and commercial plumbing.  Provide backflow prevention assembly testing, installation and repair.  Conduct customer service inspections.  Provide consultation to water purveyors throughout Texas in regard to cross-connection control.

Advisor: Campbell Water Supply, Campbell, Texas, 1996 – 1998.  Advising the Board of Directors on the Cross-Connection Control Program.

Board Member/Secretary Treasurer:  Campbell Water Supply 1995 – 1996.  Establishing guidelines for operation, performance and maintenance of the water distribution Co-Op for the City of Campbell, Texas.  Fulfilling the duties as Treasurer and recording the minutes of the Board Meetings.
