Description

This eight hour class is primarily designed to provide continuing education for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers. However, other licensed individuals may receive valuable information relating to their fields. This course is classroom only and does not include the eight hours of "hands-on" or practical skills training as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Completing this course provides continuing education credit for the following licenses:

  • 8-hours of continuing education credits for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers (BPAT)
  • 8-hours of continuing education credits for licensed Water and Wastewater Operators
  • 8-hours of continuing education credits for licensed Landscape Irrigators
  • 8-hours of continuing education credits for licensed Customer Service Inspectors (CSI)
  • 8-hours of continuing education credits for licensed Water Treatment Specialist (WTS)


Prerequisites

The participant must be currently licensed as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester or other license as appropriate to receive 8 hours of continuing education.
